Petersham Meadows is ideally located for a riverside stroll - if you're lucky you may also spot the visiting grazing herd.
Set amidst the leafy Surrey landscapes, stroll around Richmond Park or along the River Thames. Both Kew Gardens and Ham House are less than a 30-minute drive away.
By car: around 45 minutes from London, 2 hours from Bristol and 4 hours from Manchester. Parking costs £15 per day.
